The Resolute Reserve Single Barrel Bourbon Steak soak

 

  • 1/2 Cup or *** More*** of Resolute Reserve Single Barrel Bourbon 
  • Make yourself a drink of the great Bourbon while your at it.
  • two teaspoon of Worchester sauce 
  • a good couple of grinds of some pepper
  • a twist of salt per steak
  • Resolute Reserve all purpose spice if not Use the best other method of your choice... Be a Mrs. Dash kinda person if you have to... 
  • Chopped Garlic go big or go home make a mess on the steak under and on top
  • 2 Bay leaves 
  • Take two sips enjoy the view  of that great steak then our another 1/2 Cup of Resolute Reserve on it for the final touch.  
  • Let it sit in a pan or bag for the night.
